What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns unless your product is damaged or defective.
We have partnered with a leader in the Direct-to-Garment printing industry to help produce our products on-demand and dropship them to you when they are ordered. This helps us maintain a fixed cost structure that lets us predictably ensure that we can maximize the contributions we make to the Causes and Artists.
If you’re truly unhappy with your purchase, please do get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to figure something out.
What are the typical production and shipping times
Typical production and shipping lead times are indicated below:
- USA: 5 to 8 business days
- Canada: 6 to 12 business days
- World: 10 to 20 business days
Please note: that some of our goods may be produced in another part of the world and there may be a chance that you will get charged a small Import Duty when you accept delivery of your purchase.
We have no control over these duties as they are applied through the shipper via the direction of the government body in your country. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
My order never arrived
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address. However, it will have to be at your cost.
